World's Best Pancakes (Gluten Free)

After being diagnosed with Celiacs Disease this was one of the first recipes I strived to convert over to Gluten Free. I always loved my Mom's Recipe for Pancakes and now I can still have them! I am excited to share with you my recipe for Gluten Free Pancakes!

What you will need:

1 Egg
1  tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoons butter
3tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

 Directions:
1. Heat skillet on medium heat.
2. Beat egg with whisk. Then combine the rest of the ingredients together and whisk til well combined
3. Check to make sure the temperture of the skillet is warm enough by adding a spoonful of butter onto the skillet when the butter melts completely we are ready to make our pancakes!
4. Spread butter above across the entire surface with a spatulla.
5. With a large ladle  spoon misture onto the skillet.
6. When the pancake is bubbly flip over and cook the other side til golden brown.
7. After  each batch add additional butter and spread  to prevent pancakes from sticking before adding more batter to the skillet.

Enjoy!

Quick Tip: for thinner pancakes add more milk.
